Operations & Procedural Committee

To assist the Board of Directors in ensuring BFO’s goals are met, an Operations and Procedural Committee (OPC), comprised solely of volunteers, has been placed in charge of the day-to-day functions of the organization. Members of OPC follow and execute the policies and strategies set in motion by the Board of Directors.

The OPC consists of 4 committees as listed below:

• Events and Planning
• Marketing and Publication
• Volunteer Coordination
• IT & Technology

OPC members continuously dedicate their time and expertise to the organization and the cause it champions. Committee heads meet on a bi-weekly basis to discuss and share ideas on the day-to-day functions of BFO – such as promoting the foundation, organizing fundraising events, and securing sponsors.
